Five Cards are displayed as a poker hand. All the cards are different, there aren't any pairs, 3 of a kind, or any hand worth having.  A loosing hand.  Now for the Magic.  The magician runs his finger over the Five Cards, and one by one the cards VISIBLY change into five different cards, finally, displaying a Royal Flush.  You can even change the cards back to the original cards and show them one at a time, fronts and backs.

This is Visual Magic at it's absolute Finest!  May be performed completely surrounded and  No Sleight of Hand is Involved.
